On this page you will find all the information on the added safety measures that we have implemented to guard against the threat of COVID-19.
These measures are the result of government guidelines and knowledge that I have gained from completing a course in how to control cross-infection.
Please note that although restrictions in England have eased as of the 19th July 2021 all safety measures in the treatment room will be staying in place for the time being.

Please do not come in if you or anyone in your household or support bubble are suffering from any COVID-19 related symptoms such as:
New continuous cough
Loss or change of smell or taste
Please do not come in if you have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days or have been contacted by the NHS test and trace system.
If you are feeling unwell please contact me and we will move your appointment on a week or two.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as we are limiting the use of our waiting areas.
You will be asked to provide your name and a contact phone number for the test and trace system. We also ask that if possible you scan the QR code available as well.
Please come on your own. Only the person having treatment will be allowed into the salon. Sorry all kiddos will have to stay at home!
During your treatment I will still be wearing a mask and visor.
Clients will be expected to wear a mask whilst facing the therapist during treatments. Once led face down the mask can be removed.
After treatment all clients will be asked to dispose of towels, couch roll and any PPE in the bins provided.
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client as well as at the beginning and end of every day.
Cash payments will still be accepted, but please bring the correct amount as change cannot be given to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
If you arrive late for your appointment I’m afraid that treatment will still have to end at the allotted time so as to avoid any overlap in client waiting times
If you need to cancel your appointment please try to do so at least 24hrs before your appointment.
In the unlikely event that you forget your appointment the full amount will still be charged.
I know this all seems a little daunting at first but please be reassured that although we do have strict hygiene measures in place we have done all we can to maintain the relaxed and friendly environment that you are used to.
