FAQ'S

What can I expect when  I come in for treatment?

Before treatment starts they'll be a quick informal chat about what you are seeking from your treatment and then there is a short consultation form for all new clients to complete before treatment begins so don't forget your glasses!

I'm still worried about the risk from COVID-19.

I am fully aware that there is a considerable risk to a small percentage of the population not just from Covid-19 but from any infection. If you fall into this category please be reassured that hygiene has and will always be a top priority to me and the risk of cross-contamination in my treatment room is still very low.

The treatment room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client as well as at the beginning and end of every day.

Do I have to wear a mask during treatment?

I no longer wear PPE during treatment. It is entirely up to you the client if you wish to wear a mask or not. If you would be happier if I wore a mask /PPE for the duration of your treatment, then please just ask. I am happy to do so.

Can I still come in if I have symptoms of cold/ flu/ COVID-19

If you are feeling unwell please contact me and we will move your appointment on a week or two.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Don't worry sometimes life gets in the way.  If you do need to cancel your appointment then please try to do so at least 24hrs before your appointment. Last minute cancellations will incur a fee totalling 50% of the value of your booked appointment.

What happens if I'm running late for my appointment?

If unfortunately you do arrive late then I’m afraid that the treatment will still have to end at the allotted time and the full amount will still be charged.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

In the unlikely event that you forget your appointment the full amount will still be charged.

How can I pay for my treatment?

Payments are accepted by Credit and Debit Card, ApplePay, Online and Cash

Do you have parking at the salon?

We have no client parking areas but we are only a 2 minute walk from the main car park in the centre of Verwood.

Can I bring my child to see you?

In accordance with safeguarding rules any children under the age of 16 seeking treatment will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
